OUR BUYING PROCESS

We primarily work with .com, .uk, and .ca domains, so the transfer process can vary depending on the specific TLD.

If we have contacted you, rest assured that we will provide detailed instructions on how the transfer process works.

Our domains are managed through a few key registrars, including GoDaddy.com, Dynadot.com, Sav.com, and Spaceship.com.

UK DOMAINS  ( Click here for details)

The transfer of UK domains is always conducted through Nominet's registrant transfer process, as this is mandatory for all UK domains. Registrant changes can only be processed via Nominet.

Once an agreement is finalized, we will initiate the registrant transfer through our Nominet interface. You will then receive an email directly from Nominet with detailed instructions on how to accept the transfer. Simply follow the provided steps to complete the process.

Please note that Nominet.org.uk charges an administrative fee of £10 + VAT for all UK domain registrant changes. This fee is the buyer's responsibility when accepting the transfer.

COM & CA DOMAINS 

For .com and .ca domains, the transfer is conducted through an internal domain transfer (domain push) within the same registrar where the domain is currently held, once an agreement is finalized.

After gaining ownership, you are free to transfer the domain to a different registrar at your convenience.

Each registrar has a unique process for domain transfers

• GoDaddy: Requires the account's associated email address and customer number.
• Dynadot: Requires a Push Username, which differs from the standard username.
• Spaceship.com & Sav.com : Uses your regular username for transfers.

ESCROW SALES

If you prefer to complete the domain transaction through an escrow service, please inform us. Our domains are also available on aftermarket platforms such as GoDaddy Afternic and Sedo. Please note that if you choose escrow, the buyer is responsible for covering the commission and escrow fees.
