Welcome to Meridium. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Meridium specializes in domain brokerage and aftermarket sales. We assist businesses in securing premium, service-focused domain names. Our services include domain acquisition representation, valuation, and secure transfer management.
2. Payment Policy
Advance Payments: We do not require advance payments for domain purchases if we have reached out to you regarding a specific domain. Payment is only required after the ownership transfer process is ready to be finalized.
Method: Payments are accepted via PayPal or Credit/Debit card. All payments must be completed on the same day the transfer is finalized unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. 30-Day Buy-Back Guarantee
We take great care to ensure all domains we broker are free of issues. We offer a 30-day buy-back guarantee on all domain sales. If you discover that a domain purchased from us is "tainted" (e.g., carries a negative ownership history or is blacklisted by major search engines), we will repurchase it at the full original cost within 30 days of the purchase date.
4. Domain Transfers
Upon receipt of payment, Meridium will initiate the domain transfer. This is typically done via an Authorization Code (Auth-Code) for a registrar transfer or an internal "push" within the same registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Dynadot, Namecheap). The timing of the transfer may vary based on the specific registrar's policies.
5. User Obligations
You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes. You must not use our site in a way that infringes on the rights of others or restricts their enjoyment of the site. Prohibited behavior includes transmitting offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of communication.
6. Limitation of Liability
Meridium provides its site and services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 100% availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or business interruption arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
